Embody outdoor boot camp sessions offer tough, yet enjoyable workouts whilst getting a good dose of vitamin D. Expect “AMRAPs”, “EMOMs” and pyramids* as normal practice, with the odd hill sprint thrown in from time to time. Be prepared to challenge yourself and push hard. And for the competitive spirits out there, there’s always an opportunity to chase down the best in class.
We train all year round, in all weathers, and welcome men and women of all abilities.
