WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO A CLASS?

Indoor Classes.
You will need a water bottle, towel and suitable workout clothing including indoor trainers.

Outdoor Boot Camps.
You will need to be prepared for all weathers at all times. Kit list would include: Waterproof outer layer, warm gloves (ideally waterproof), and ideally outdoor trail running shoes.  Water bottle. 
During the winter months you will need extra layers, and a hat.  

And don’t forget to bring plenty of enthusiasm!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A GROUP EXERCISE CLASS BEFORE, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Expect a friendly welcome from a bunch of like minded souls.  We understand that it can sometimes be intimidating walking into a new class with a sea full of new faces. But there really is nothing to feel intimated about.  Nobody's judging anybody, just a room full of friendly people, getting fitter and stronger together in a relaxed and fun environment. Classes start with an instruction and demonstration of the forthcoming circuit,  followed by a group warm up. All participants will complete the circuit, finishing off with a group cool down.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO COME TO AN EMBODY CLASS?

All classes cater for all levels of fitness, and all exercises can be modified to suit each individual.  We have complete beginners to clients that are training for half marathons/tough mudders etc, so everyone can work to their own level.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I MISS A CLASS?

Unfortunately there are times that it is not possible to make class due to other commitments. Whilst we don't offer a refund we do allow our clients the opportunity to make up the missed class at one of the other classes we offer during the week as long as it is within the same term/booking period.
