HIIT/CIRCUITSÂ CLASS

Combining effective strength and resistance work with high intensity interval training in a supportive, encouraging and motivating environment, allows Squaddies to work at their own level whilst reinforcing team spirit.
This class will strengthen and scuplt your body using resistance exercises, and increase your speed and power with plyometric* moves (think box jumps, star jumps etc), which will leave you burning calories hours after class.
All levels welcome. We will ensure you are working in a weight range that is suitable for your fitness level and all exercises can be modified.
Expect some great tunes, adrenline pumping action and a good dose of banter thrown in for good measure. Guranteed to make you feel like you’ve made progress from your first session and start to feel muscles you never knew you had!
*plyometrics are exercises that involve a jumping or explosive movement.
